How many meals do I have to order? Why do I care?
lol If you want to order one meal each time, I am ok with that. If delivery, just knows the fee will apply each time.

Of course! We'd love for you to gift someone else food.

When is ordering cut off?
Simple! Monday 11p for Thursday,
Thursday 11p for Sunday or Monday,
and if you live in Owensboro, KY cut off is Saturday @ 11p for Tuesday.

Can I order for more than one week at a time?
HECK YES!!!! You select the time & date at checkout. Once you complete one order you can immediately do the next one. (I'd have to order a month at a time because I forget things all the time).

MEAL INFO

How long do meals keep?
If kept refrigerated, meals last 5-7 days. This way you can plan for an entire week. If you aren't sure you will get to it in time, just throw it in the freezer (not literally). Recommend fish & cold meals within 5 days and all others 6-7 days.

How do I heat meals?
All microwaves are different!!! Pop the corner of the container (yes, they are microwave safe) and heat to your liking. Typically, 1.5-2 minutes. ALL MEALS ARE FULLY COOKED. Please do NOT overheat them!

How much are meals?
Between $6-$12 per meal depending on the meal. We strive to use quality fresh ingredients, so prices match accordingly.

What seasonings do you use?
In all the non-comfort food items (Cheeseburger Mac & etc.) we use SALT-FREE seasonings. If you order any type of comfort food, it may contain some salt unless requested otherwise.

What if I don't want one of the ingredients in a dish?
Please leave a note under the item in the note to chef section if it is not an option. If not possible, I will personally reach out to you.

Can I pick it up?
Well heck yeah! I'd love for you to stop by and see us. You may also find some extra goodies not on the menu in the cooler.

Is delivery available?
Yes! A fee is included depending on the area.

What if I won't be home for the delivery?
No problem! We suggest you leave a cooler by the front door (or somewhere we can access) and we will put it in the cooler. We can also put it in the garage refrigerator or house if you feel comfortable giving us access.

Should I tip the driver upon delivery?
I do not require a tip; however, they are appreciated by my staff. We work hard to make sure we provide you with the best service possible and appreciate all the support.

Can I pay online?
Yes, payment can be made online at end of checkout.

Can I order online and pay cash?
Yes, just select pay by cash at checkout and you will pay upon pickup or delivery.

What type of payment is accepted?
Cash, Card, Venmo, PayPal, & Apple Pay. Overall, we prefer cash because of all the fees.

What fees am I being charged?
Sales tax & Food & Beverage tax. If you select delivery, you will also have a delivery fee.

Are gift cards taxed?
No! Gift cards, tips, and delivery are NOT taxed.
Catering/ Special Events
Dishes by Dani is available for all your catering needs: business lunches (small or big), dinners, family get-togethers, bridal showers, birthday parties, and more. We'd love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. Text 812-470-2615 with as many details as possible and we can go from there.
Event Space
We do have an area for family gatherings such as bridal showers, birthday parties, etc. Hours and rates vary. You can see what space looks like by going on YouTube and searching Dishes by Dani Promo. We can cater your event, or you are allowed to bring in your food. A deposit is required to hold the date and is non-refundable. The contract must be signed before any event takes place.

If you had a package shipped here for pickup, please pickup during business hours. You can always text 812-470-2615 to see if we are available to meet you at a different time.
Owensboro Customers
We are only in Owensboro on Tuesdays. Shiloh's is open most of the day and you can pick it up anytime they are open. If you request delivery and run into a problem where that will not work, please call or text (812-470-2615) us as soon as possible so when can make arrangements.
